Non Vintage | 100% Glera
From a biodynamic vineyard. Intense and fresh with lovely floral aromas of pear and apple. Good depth, balanced, and a persistent finish that is fresh and satisfying.
This Prosecco is Asolo Superiore DOCG, one of the two highest appellation levels for Prosecco in the Italian system. It is always well reviewed, showing up on a list in Forbes, well-scored by James Suckling and awarded trophies by Falstaff.
And while both Valdobbiadene and Asolo were created as DOCGs at the same time in 2009, the smaller Asolo seems to have remained more of an insider's secret.
