From Accordini vineyards in the hills of the Soave Classico zone which are defined by ancient volcanic soils rich in basalt, tuffaceous rock, and black iron deposits. These volcanic rocks absorb high heat during the day and release it gradually at night, pushing the roots to dig extraordinarily deep. This helps infuse the grape juice with an intense, smoky, and distinctively salty mineral backbone that you cannot find in valley white wines.
Soave is a white wine produced with Garganega grapes. This wine has a delicate straw yellow color with light green shades. The nose is delicate and intense, with floral notes of elderberry and hawthorn. It has a dry, fresh palate with good structure. It is well balanced with notes of almond on a persistent finish.
Soave is a comune of the Veneto region in the Province of Verona, northern Italy, with a population of roughly 6,800 people. It is known for its Scaligeri Castle and for the wine that bears its name.
