Refund policy

Abcon International Wine Merchants wants all of our customers to be confident that they can purchase case lots of wine and be fully satisfied with their purchases. In the event that a wine is unsatisfactory, we will accept the return of un-opened product in exchange for an account credit to be used towards other product. Such returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Faulted wine may be returned for exchange or credit, as long a a partial bottle of the faulted wine and its original closure (cork or screw cap) is made available to us for return to the winery.
