A wine for the whole meal that can be easily combined with white meats and fresh and lightly aged cheeses. At sight it has a very intense red color with violet reflections. The scent is persistent, fresh and fruity with notes of lavender, currants and strawberries. Medium-bodied and characterized by light tannins.

Vinification Pressing. Controlled temperature fermentation at 28°C. Average maceration time of about 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in November in steel. Maturation in stainless steel. Minimum 3 months in bottle before release.
Features At sight it is red, very intense, with violet highlights. The bouquet is persistently fresh and fruity with a hint of cherry and plum. Medium-bodied, it is pleasant in the mouth, with a slight tannicity, good softness and structure. Longevity over 4 year.
