Stefano Accordini bought his first vineyard in the 1970s after the abolition of share cropping contracts. Prior to that his father, Gaetano, had produced wine as a share cropper.

Located in Cavalo, in the hills near Fumane, Stefano Accordini, now in its 3rd generation, sits at the highest point of Valpolicella. The area’s climate and soil quality impart characteristics to these ‘mountain wines’ that are unique and unmistakable.

Soave is a white wine produced with Garganega grapes. It has a delicate straw yellow color with light green shades. The nose is delicate and intense, with floral notes of elderberry and hawthorn. It has a dry, fresh palate with good structure. It is well balanced with notes of almond on a persistent finish.
