Concentrated palate, supple tannins and persistence on the finish. Nine months in French and American oak. Vistaflores vineyard is at an altitude of 3428’ above sea level, a height which helps yield full balanced fruit flavours and smooth tannins. This wine currently benefits from being allowed to 'air' for 30 mins. before drinking. Will age nicely.
