2023 Vintage | 65% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Semillon
Château Pichon Bellevue is a 50 hectar vineyard located on the left bank of the Dordogne, South-West of Libourne.
Its vineyards lay on beautiful gravelly slopes of old alluvial terraces of the Dordogne. 10 hectars are planted with white vines, 40 hectars are planted with red vines.
The white wines are vibrant and dominated by Sauvignon Blanc, a varietal that brings lush flavours of exotic fruits and a rather rich palate feeling.
Brilliant pale straw yellow with a seductive nose dominated by intense floral aromas. The Sauvignon contributes to a fruity attack and a lovely bouquet of subtle citrus notes and the Semillon is responsible for the sweet honeyed flavours, length and richness. A very harmonious wine!
