Cava offers some of the best-value sparkling wine made in the traditional method (in-bottle second fermentation, like with Champagne). This wine is no exception to that, and is an excellent choice for that style.

Val do Salnés is known as the birthplace of the Albariño grape. Located on the Atlantic coast, it is the original and oldest sub-region with the most area under vine. The soil is granitic and rocky with alluvial top-soil. It is also the coolest sub-region. From a biodynamic vineyard.

Intense and fresh with lovely floral aromas of pear and apple. Good depth, balanced, and a persistent finish.

Tempranillo grape. A wine with a powerful colour structure of deep red with a crimson rim. Intense aromas of red fruits with a note of liquorice. Aromas of spice, balsam and oak, which are a result of ageing, nudge out from behind the fruit. The palate reminds of the oldest vinification methods and is wonderfully structured.

Cherry red colour with ruby glints. Aromatic and complex aromas presage ripe fruit, toasted wood and hints of smoky laurel. Full-bodied palate, well-balanced tannins/acidity.  A well-integrated wine with a long and silky finish. Tempranillo with a little more ooomph than Rioja - delicious!
