Balanced and refreshing cool-climate Chardonnay. Primary notes of crisp green apple, Asian pear and lemon meringue pie are followed by subtle tones of stone fruit, honeysuckle and yellow plum.
Barrel fermentation and sur lie aging yield rich flavours of vanilla bean, toasted oak and hints of baking spices. A well-balanced acidity yields good structure and the perfect amount of bite.
86% barrel fermented in 1 & 2 year-old French oak and 14% fermented in stainless steel.
